AN ACT PRESCRIBING THE CODE OF NATIONAL GERIATRICS OF THE PHILIPPINES

Section 1: Short Title - This act shall be known as the "Filipino Geriatric" Code of the Philippines.

Section 2: Declaration of Policy - All citizens turning the age of 65 would be put into exile to the Mindanao Region for Geriatrics. The Policy shall seek and apprehend such citizens which age were proven unproductive by the Department of Science and Technology.

Section 3: Definition of Terms. Whenever used in this act.
a) "Medical Doctors" shall mean the physical body investigators of the citizens.
b) "National Census" shall mean the high authority in the issuance of warrants of citizens.
c) "Military" shall mean the official authority in apprehending citizens.
d) "Official Residences" shall mean the area in which citizens would be put in.
e) "Institute" shall mean the Department of Science and Technology, Bureau of Geriatrics.

Section 4: Exemptions - Every citizen is under this act, only citizens in high public office that have years in their term to be finished are exempted. eq. President, Senators and Supreme Justices.

Section 5: Transport Ban - Citizen that would turn 65 in 5 years are prohibited in going out of the country. Penalties are given to the family when citizens doesn't return to the country in the said time.

Section 6: Communication - All communications are prohibited from the DOST-BOG Area to the public about citizens already apprehended. Penalties are given to whom who trespasses the no-flying zone, restricted area, and uncertified arrival on the area to be able to communicate or see the area.

Section 7: Penalties - Penalties for Section 5 are seizure of family heirloom, and 3 years imprisonment. Penalties for Section 6 are 10 years imprisonment on first warning, 20 years imprisonment on second warning, and death penalty for the third and last warning.

Section 8: The Institute is responsible for the strict enforcement of the provisions of this Act. It may call upon any government department, agency, office, or government instrumentality, including government corporations, and local government units, for such assistance as it may deem necessary for the effective discharge of its functions under this Act.

Section 9: Separability clause. - If any provision, or part hereof, is held invalid or unconstitutional, the remainder of this Act not otherwise affected shall be valid and subsisting.

Section 10: Repealing clause. - Any law, presidential decree or issuance, executive order, letter of instruction, administrative order, rule or regulation contrary to, or inconsistent with, the provisions of this Act is hereby repealed, modified, or amended accordingly.

Section 11: Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette, at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation and at least three (3) government online bulletins.
